We offer free shipping on orders over 599kr, and for lower order values the price starts at 29kr for all of Norway. Below you will find all our shipping options:
PostNord - Package in the mailbox
Free for orders over 599kr and 29kr throughout Norway for lower order values. If the package is too large for your mailbox, you will be notified to pick it up at the nearest pickup location. Packages are sent with A-Priority with a normal delivery time of 2-5 business days.
HeltHjem Standard - Package in the mailbox/doormat
Free for orders over 599kr and 29kr throughout Norway for lower order values. If the package is too large for your mailbox, you will be notified to pick it up at the nearest pickup location. Normal delivery time of 1-5 business days.
Instabox - Package in parcel machine
19kr for orders over 599kr and 39kr throughout Norway for lower order values. Normal delivery time of 1-3 business days.
HeltHjem Express - Package in the mailbox/doormat
29kr for orders over 599kr and 55kr throughout Norway for lower order values. If the package is too large for your mailbox, you will be notified to pick it up at the nearest pickup location. Normal delivery time of 1-2 business days.
Instabox - Home delivery
39kr for orders over 599kr and 59kr throughout Norway for lower order values. You choose the time of delivery when ordering.
Porterbuddy - Home delivery
69kr for orders over 599kr and 89kr throughout Norway for lower order values. You choose the time of delivery (can be the same day) when ordering.
Tracking
All packages are shipped with tracking so you can track your package's location and estimated delivery date via the tracking link you receive in the email we send when your package has been shipped from our warehouse. Please note that this tracking link may take up to 24 hours to update.
Unclaimed package
For uncollected packages that have not been agreed in advance with us, the customer will normally be charged a fee of 100,- NOK. This fee will cover the return shipping, and the direct costs of packing and packaging the products. The fee is independent of whether the order is re-sent.
Are the prices including VAT (VAT) and customs duties for Norway?
Yes, all prices quoted at Marina Miracle are inclusive of all taxes. The company is based in Norway and all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Tønsberg.
