Return
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot issue a refund or exchange. For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.
If there is a complaint, that the product is damaged or has defects or errors, we can replace the product and send a new one or make a refund.
Refund and complaint
If there is something wrong with the product you have received, you can send us an email to info@marinamiracle.com and we will find a solution. The item often has to be returned to us in case of complaints. When the item has been received and checked by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether we accept the complaint. We can either refund you for the item or send you a new item. We will agree this with you in advance.
Late or missing refund
If you have not received your agreed refund, please check your bank account again first. Remember that it can take up to 4 business days to get your money back. Some may have a longer processing time before a refund is processed, so please contact your bank to check why it is taking so long.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@marinamiracle.com and we will assist you.
Exchange of goods
Please email us at info@marinamiracle.com if you would like to exchange a product or if you have purchased the wrong product. We cannot exchange items that have been opened or used.

We can also send a return label to your email that you print yourself. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund: 49,- NOK.
