Things many people wonder about
There are two common reasons why a discount code doesn't work:
- Wrong character in the code – The discount code may contain the letter O or the number 0 , which are often confused. To avoid errors, we recommend copying and pasting the code , or using the buttons directly in the program.
- Free product – If the discount code applies to a free product, remember to add the product to your cart before entering the code. The code will only work once the product has been added.
If you have redeemed a discount code before October 14, 2025 that you have not used, it will not appear in the new system - but it will still be in your email.

The discount code is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and can be used once per order.
If the discount code applies to a free product, it is only valid for one product .
Yes, that's no problem! Just send us an email at info@marinamiracle.com and we will cancel the purchase of the discount code and refund your points.
In the old system, you actually earned fewer points. There, you got 5 points per krone, but only based on the amount excluding VAT and shipping. In the new system, you get 4 points per krone, but the entire amount including VAT and shipping is counted.
Example with a 100 kr purchase:
Previous model:
100 kr – 25% VAT = 75 kr (excl. VAT and shipping)
75 kr × 5 points = 375 points
New model:
100 kr × 4 points = 400 points
In other words: even though the points rate is lower, you get points for a larger amount – which gives you more points overall.
Your points are valid as long as you have purchase activity on your account during a 12-month period. This means you must make a purchase to keep your points active.
If you have not made a purchase for over 12 months, you will first receive a notification by email. After that, your points will expire.
No, you don't have to save your points to achieve new status!
You can freely use your points to purchase discount codes and free products – and they will still count towards earning the next status level .
The status levels are:
- Silver – entry level
- Gold – when you have earned 15,000 points
- Diamond – when you have earned 35,000 points
The points you use will still be recorded as earned, so you can enjoy the benefits and climb your status at the same time!
