We strive to send you your goods as quickly as possible and commit to sending the goods from us at least within 2 working days.

AfterPay Invoice
In collaboration with Nets and AfterPay, we offer invoices with a 14 or 45 day payment period. When you choose Nets and AfterPay as a payment method, you will receive your goods before you pay. You must be at least 18 years old when ordering. The invoice is free with a 14 day payment period, for a 45 day payment period there is an additional charge of 29kr.
PART 8 - Right of withdrawal and withdrawal period
The consumer may withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after the seller has fulfilled its information obligation in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, and the goods and withdrawal form have been received.
The consumer must notify the seller if the right of withdrawal is exercised. The deadline is considered to have been met if the notification is sent within the deadline. There are no formal requirements for the notification, but for evidentiary reasons it should be in writing. We recommend that you send an email about this to info@marinamiracle.com. You will then receive a pre-paid return label that is used for returning goods. For returning goods on your own initiative, where our return label is not used, the following information is used. The Right of Withdrawal Act does not interfere with your rights under, among other things, the Sales Act if defects should arise. If you keep the item, you can, under certain conditions, demand a price reduction, replacement (new item) or cancel the purchase and get the purchase price refunded.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the deadline, you will receive a refund of what you paid for the item. The item must be returned to the seller before payment is made. You must cover the return costs yourself, unless the seller has breached the agreement or the seller has delivered a replacement item in accordance with the agreement because the ordered item was not available.
The right of withdrawal requires that the goods can be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity. This means that you cannot cancel the purchase if you have broken the seal on personal care products and the like.

SECTION 9 - Returns and Refunds
Return
If 14 days have passed since the purchase, we cannot give you a refund or exchange the item.
For a return to be approved, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email you received from Marina Miracle).
There are certain situations where a partial refund may be granted: If the item is damaged or has defects for reasons not due to an error on our part (product complaint).
Refund and complaint
The item must be returned to us in the event of a complaint. Once the item has been received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If the refund is approved, the refund will be processed.
Late or missing refund
If you have not received your agreed refund, you must first check your bank account again. Then you should contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. The next thing you can do is contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is made.

Sale items
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchange of goods
We can only replace products if they are damaged or broken. If you would like to exchange a broken item for the same item (only in good condition), please send us an email at info@marinamiracle.com and we will find a solution.
Shipping of returned goods

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are sending an item/s with a value over NOK 500,-, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
