Get rid of hormonal spots and stress breakouts

I would like to share how I got rid of my hormonal spots. In my case, it was the birth control pill that caused my hormonal breakout, I know many people get similar breakouts from stress or similar stresses.

WATER! Drink plenty of water. The skin can become dehydrated from within which can cause skin problems. By drinking enough water, the skin is both cleansed and hydrated from within.
