We are looking for a part-time employee who can work about 1 day a week and every other weekend + when extra help is needed. This is a varied and flexible part-time job. Join a growing company!
About you
You have a bubbly and outgoing personality that provides exceptional customer service. You make the customer feel understood and cared for. You are a good salesperson and ask the customer leading questions to map the customer's needs. You enjoy working both alone and in a small team.
You must have a passion for natural skincare and be eager to learn more about it. You love natural oils and serums.
The position consists of:
- Be an engaged salesperson
- Stand in the store and constantly ensure that it is tidy and inviting
- Be a trusted skincare advisor for the customer
- Pack and ship goods to retailers or customers via the website.
Desired qualifications:
- Qualified skin care professional (not a requirement)
- Have experience with skincare
- Skilled and committed salesperson
- Provides exceptional customer service
- Neat and organized
- Dutiful
- Independent
- Outgoing, gentle and welcoming
- Punctual
- Speak fluent Norwegian and good English
