AFFECTED WITH ATOPIC ECZEMA?
GLA from evening primrose oil could be the solution!

I myself have atopic eczema. I was born with it, and the condition worsened. When I was four years old, it was so bad that I was hospitalized and given strong medication for the inflamed eczema. Gradually I got better, but I still had severe rashes. That's when my parents were advised about evening primrose oil as a treatment for eczema. I started taking this in large doses, and little by little the eczema got much better, and eventually almost disappeared.
I still take 1000 mg of evening primrose oil daily to this day, and this keeps my eczema at bay.
Evening primrose oil
Evening primrose oil is made by cold-pressing the seeds of the giant evening primrose plant. The oil can be eaten and used in skincare products, and has a unique ability to soothe and soften dry, itchy skin.
Evening primrose is a plant that comes from North and South America, but it also now grows throughout Europe and parts of Asia. It has yellow flowers that open at sunset and close again when the sun rises. That is why this beautiful flower was named Evening primrose. Evening primrose oil contains large amounts of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an essential omega-6 fatty acid that plays an important role in the body's defense system against inflammation. When you eat GLA daily, your body will eventually utilize it.
Why does GLA work against atopic eczema?
This is the interesting part. Atopic eczema is the most common eczema disease in the world, which is perhaps why it has been so widely researched. It turns out that people with atopic eczema lack a specific enzyme, delta-6-desaturase, which is responsible for converting linoleic acid (LA) to gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). This condition is actually a genetic defect.
Atopic eczema is the body's inflammatory response when there is an imbalance between LA and GLA. Having high levels of LA and low levels of GLA will affect the body's production of metabolites, which are known to have anti-inflammatory capacity. You are constantly walking around in an inflammatory state that results in eczema outbreaks and also other allergies.
The motto of all atopic sufferers should from now on be:
"Eat GLA every day and be HAPPY"!
Products for you with atopic eczema
Most of Marina Miracle's products are suitable for those with atopic eczema. Because the products are gentle but still effective, they improve the skin without irritating it.
If you have atopic eczema and are trying Marina Miracle for the first time, we recommend that you start with this skin care routine . If you only want the most essentials, you can start with just Sweet & Creamy Oil Cleanser and Herbal Face Oil . Then you cleanse your skin first and then shake the bottle of facial oil and apply about 6 drops. Do this every morning and evening. Also remember to take evening primrose oil supplements, which you can buy at a health food store.
