We've been wanting to create a foaming cleanser that DOESN'T dry out your skin for a long time, and it's finally here! Fresh & Silky Foaming Cleanser is a 4-in-1 multi-face cleanser with a gentle and silky foam with an uplifting citrus scent that removes makeup, cleanses and exfoliates the skin, and adds probiotics that strengthen the skin barrier.

The foam cleanser comes in a 100 ml bottle with a pump that pumps out a delicious foam that is specially designed not to dry out the skin and will cleanse the skin effectively while nourishing and retaining moisture in the skin. The skin is left refreshingly clean and silky soft.

How to use the foam cleanser

Fresh & Silky Foaming Cleanser can be used by all skin types, but is especially suitable for those with combination / oily / acne-prone skin. It is used every morning and every evening. Pump once, massage into wet skin and rinse off.

This foam cleanser can also be used as an exfoliating deep cleansing mask 1-2 times a week. First, cleanse your skin thoroughly and pat it dry. Then apply the foam cleanser and massage in. Leave on for 1 minute and rinse off.

How the foam cleanser can be used in combination with our classic Sweet & Creamy Oil Cleanser:

Our new foaming cleanser is perfect to use for double cleansing together with Sweet & Creamy Oil Cleanser. If you have dry skin, first cleanse with the foaming cleanser (Fresh & Silky Foaming Cleanser) and then with the oil cleanser ( Sweet & Creamy Oil Cleanser ). This way you will cleanse your skin first by removing all dirt and makeup and then the oil cleanser will remove residue and at the same time add moisture back to the dry skin.

If you have combination, oily or blemished skin, you can do the opposite, then you cleanse first with the oil cleanser ( Sweet & Creamy Oil Cleanser ) and then with the foam cleanser ( Fresh & Silky Foaming Cleanser ). This double cleansing method will first dissolve sebum and dirt in the skin with the oil cleanser and then wash away all residue and give you refreshingly clean skin with the foam cleanser at the end.

We believe that a constant balance in the skin is the key to healthy skin. It is so important that a product that is only supposed to be on the skin for a short time, like this facial cleanser, has time to absorb the active and nutritious substances before rinsing it off again. That is why we have selected ingredients that will provide the skin with super-fast micro-nutrition using probiotic ferment and other active ingredients that the skin can quickly utilize.

The cleanser does not contain soap. The skin is cleansed using detergents that are very gentle on the skin and work by dissolving waste products and dirt on the skin instead of dissolving and drying out the natural oils in the skin like regular soap does. When you get these gentle detergents together with probiotic ferment that strengthens the skin barrier, you will get an effective and pleasant cleansing experience that makes both you and your skin happy!

We have formulated this foaming cleanser to maintain moisture in the skin at all times. These ingredients will counteract drying out of the skin and deliver moisture to the skin during cleansing:

Polyglutamic acid

Polyglutamic acid is a natural ingredient extracted from fermented soybeans and is defined as a type of peptide. This super ingredient is the big brother of hyaluronic acid. It holds moisture up to 5000 times more than its own molecular weight and is therefore also 5 times more effective than hyaluronic acid (which holds 1000 times its own weight in water). Polyglutamic acid is a sought-after and luxurious ingredient that is not usually used in products that are meant to be washed off. We have chosen to use it anyway because we see that it helps to retain moisture in the skin during cleansing and will therefore counteract drying out of the skin.

Probiotic fermented cucumber and rice

Both cucumber and rice are known to be very soothing and moisturizing on the skin and probiotics will strengthen the skin's barrier. Probiotic ferment is packed with micronutrients such as amino acids, vitamins and peptides that the skin can absorb every time you cleanse the skin. Rice has proven time and time again to be a real super ingredient because it has a calming effect and is anti-inflammatory. The rice extract we use is made from organic rice with husks using a Japanese fermentation technique. It will help calm the skin when it is stressed from being cleansed and can also reduce the visibility of sun damage and pigmentation in the skin over time.

Fructooligosaccharide

Fructooligosaccharide is a natural sweetener extracted from chicory root and is used as a prebiotic that will strengthen and nourish the skin's own microflora. This helps maintain and strengthen the balance of the skin during and after cleansing. A simple but important ingredient in our foam cleanser.

Lactic acid

This is a lactic acid, a type of AHA acid, which will remove dead skin cells and even out skin tone and texture. The effects of lactic acid will be seen when you use the foam cleanser over time (daily for two to three months) and you will notice that fine lines, acne scars and pigmentation become less visible and that the skin becomes smoother.
