Norway's largest beauty blog writes about our facial oil and night serum. And we got full marks!
Jan Erik is Hilde Christina's assistant. He regularly tests out new products for her. This time he tested our two products; Herbal Face Oil and Argan Night Serum .
Jan Erik really liked both oils . He has combination skin that is acne-prone and extremely dehydrated. To maintain okay skin, he depends on adding extreme amounts of moisture. This is what Jan Erik says about Herbal Face Oil after testing it out for a good period of time:
''Applied to the skin with a day cream on top, the oil gives a glow that I have never experienced with any other serum and after a couple of days of use my skin was back to normal again without me having to resort to a moisturizer during this period. In other words , the oil definitely provides moisture and nourishment to the skin , just not enough for me to use it alone on the skin. After a week of use, I was able to cut down on the use of a moisturizer and with long-term use, I have been able to adjust the use of a moisturizer from three times a week to once.''
It is clear that Jan Erik has had good results using our facial oil and that his skin has begun to benefit from all the good nutrition in the herbs and oils.
Jan Erik only uses two or three drops of the facial oil. This is a very small amount and works well if you are only going to use the facial oil as a serum, as he does. However, if you are going to use the oil as a substitute for cream, we recommend using between 5-8 drops. Feel free to experiment to see what works best for you.
Jan Erik concludes:
''For being the first oils that I have thoroughly tested, I am more than satisfied. As moisture boosters, they are superb and the fact that my oil-sensitive skin does not react in the form of acne or rashes is the biggest plus . Both products provide good nutrition, Argan Night Serum provides slightly more moisture than Herbal Face Oil, but that is what I really expect from a product that is intended for evening use...Full Score!''
